FRP acquires Abbott Fielding

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Abbott Fielding Limited, a business recovery firm that operates across the South East of England.

Headquartered in Kent, Abbott Fielding is led by founder Nedim (Ned) Ailyan, who will join our Restructuring Advisory team as a Partner alongside his 10-strong team, which includes eight fee earners.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Ned is a corporate recovery specialist and supports businesses and owner-managers on turnaround strategies, company voluntary arrangements and liquidations. He is also able to advise on individual voluntary arrangements and is an expert in personal insolvency.

Prior to starting his own business in 2005, he was a Partner at the UK’s largest independent insolvency practice.
