Latest round includes four Director appointments
We’re pleased to announce 30 promotions across FRP, as we continue to invest in our team across the UK.
This includes four promotions to Director level. Ramandeep Sandher (Birmingham) and Stephen Hole (Brentwood) have been named Directors in our Restructuring Advisory practice, with Shaun Hudson (Sunderland) being named an appointment-taking Director. Meanwhile, Harry Trick, based in our Leeds office, has been appointed as Director in our Forensic Services team.
The 26 other promotions span across our Restructuring Advisory, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Financial Advisory and Forensic Services pillars, along with our case accounting and finance teams.
In total, 12 of our colleagues have been promoted across our London City and West End offices, six in Brentwood, three in Sheffield, two in Sunderland and others across Preston, Leeds, Birmingham, Brighton, St Albans, Manchester and Newcastle.
The announcements come as we continue to grow, enhance our coverage and deepen our expertise in key service areas.
So far in 2024, we have made five acquisitions, including commercial finance specialists Hilton-Baird, Lexington Corporate Finance, WilliamsAli Corporate Finance, restructuring firm GWC in the Isle of Man and London-based valuations specialists Globalview Advisors – an acquisition that doubled the size of our valuation team to 16 people.
We now have an on-the-ground presence in every UK nation, with the Lexington acquisition seeing us expand into Wales, prior to us opening a new Belfast office in November, where we are now actively hiring to grow our team.
Jeremy French, Chief Operating Officer at FRP, said: “These promotions are a recognition of the skill, talent and commitment of our team, as they continue to go above and beyond in delivering for our clients.
“This is an exciting time for our business as we embark on a new phase of growth, buoyed by new acquisitions that have brought even greater reach and further deepened our pools of experience. As part of this journey, we’ll be continuing to expand our teams and invest in our colleagues and their career development, to support their own ambitions.”
