Steve Baluchi is promoted to Director in our Restructuring Advisory team in Brighton

We have promoted restructuring advisory specialist Steve Baluchi to Director amid a series of senior promotions across the UK.

Steve joined our Brighton office in 2018 and has more than 15 years’ industry experience advising corporate boards, stakeholders and individuals facing financial challenges. In his new role, he will continue to provide clients with restructuring support, helping to meet the ongoing growth in demand for our business advisory services as we expand our network in the South East.

Steve has broad sector expertise, with specialisms including manufacturing, real estate, aviation, hospitality and the not-for-profit sector. Notable recent cases include the administration of a specialist manufacturing facility, which resulted in a management buyout, saving the jobs of 559 employees across the UK. He also advised on the administration of a major aviation group based at Gatwick Airport, which resulted in the sale of the group’s two main businesses to secure its future.

Steve’s promotion comes as we announce 11 promotions across the UK, including in our Brentwood, Birmingham, London, Leicester, Manchester and Newcastle offices.
