Simon-Carvill Biggs joins as Partner

We have strengthened our St. Albans team with the appointment of Partner, Simon        Carvill-Biggs.

With almost 20 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency, Simon joins FRP from a top 20 accountancy firm where he was Director. During his previous role, he was responsible for both personal and corporate insolvencies, as well as leading the service line that provides support for commercial disputes to owner managed and SME businesses.

In his new role, Simon will work closely with Partner Miles Needham and Director Sarah Cook, to continue to provide support to local businesses in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Commenting on his appointment, Simon said: “Over the course of my time within the insolvency and restructuring sector, I have seen how challenging it can be for the owners and managers of businesses that may be facing financial struggles. It can often be a haze when a business is showing signs of distress but, gaining the right advice and support as early as possible is key to ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken.
