Jim Davies joins as a Partner

We are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our Corporate Finance offering in London with the appointment of valuation specialist, Jim Davies. He joins as a Partner, and will be responsible for growing our valuation service line.

Jim holds almost 20 years’ experience in financial and business advisory services, and specialises in business valuations.

A chartered management accountant, he began his career at a major international bank, before moving to the valuation and business modelling team within a Big Four firm. He has worked with companies across numerous sectors and territories, including Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and in a wide range of contexts – from acquisitions to joint ventures and insolvencies.

Notable previous assignments include valuing a UK Listed Bank’s largest single exposure in a restructuring context; valuing several restructuring funds for a European Bank; and providing valuation services for the world’s largest technology-focused venture capital fund.
