Alex Sargeant joins as Associate Director

We have bolstered our Corporate Finance practice in Bristol following the appointment of Alex Sargeant as Associate Director and Arvin Feltham as Assistant Manager.

Alex joins the firm from PWC, where he was an Associate Director in corporate finance. Before this he was at Deloitte where he joined as a graduate in 2009.

Alex brings pan-advisory experience to the role, having worked across transaction services as well as in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, disposals and acquisitions.

Since joining, he has already advised on two deals – the $9.25 million Avon Rubber divestment and the sale of Somerset-based global water specialists Hydro International.

Arvin joins us from RSM UK, bringing corporate finance expertise in M&A, equity and debt financings.

Commenting on his appointment, Alex said: “There is a thriving corporate finance community in Bristol, and I’m looking forward to working alongside Mark Naughton to execute further deals on the ground here in the South West.
