Jonathan Dunn joins as new Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Director to our Bristol Restructuring Advisory team.

Jonathan Dunn joins the 11-strong team, which is led by Partner Andrew Sheridan, from a top 10 firm in Bristol where he was an Associate Director.

With more than 15 years’ experience, he brings a breadth of expertise having spent his career supporting distressed businesses and their stakeholders to provide early and actionable advice.

Since relocating to Bristol from London in 2011 Jonathan has specialised in support for mid-market and owner managed businesses across the South West. This has included a broad range of advisory assignments such as targeted independent business reviews and accelerated sale processes as well as formal insolvency assignments such as trading and pre-pack administrations, company voluntary arrangements and liquidations.

Prior to relocating, Jonathan’s earlier career included several restructuring assignments that involved multinational deals for a number of financial institutions in London.
