FRP administrators preserve 150+ jobs in sale of Robert Lee to Roxor Group

We’re pleased to have supported Robert Lee, a bathroom products distributor, in its sale to Roxor Group.

The agreement between the businesses sees the preservation of all 151 of Robert Lee’s staff roles and will ensure continuity for customers of the Robert Lee group of businesses.

Robert Lee, established in 1946, is a national distributor of bathroom, shower and plumbing products, supplying a range of reputable brands as well as manufacturing its own product line. The business group, which includes Robert Lee Distribution Limited, RLD Stock Limited, Yorkshire Shower Trays Limited, and Aquadart Brands Limited, employs personnel across multiple locations in London, Wiltshire, Greater Manchester, and Yorkshire.

Roxor Group Limited, based in Halifax, is one of the UK’s fastest growing suppliers of bathroom products, having traded for more than 35 years.

Our Restructuring Advisory team, led by Partners Anthony Collier and Simon Farr ran an accelerated sales process and completed the pre-pack sale of the group and its assets to trade buyer Roxor Group Limited.
