We are pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Balmforth as a Non-Executive Director.

Claire specialises in supporting and nurturing positive working cultures having held a number of HR directorships, including most recently at the Priory Group and, before this, Carpetright plc, where she also served as UK Operations Director.
Her appointment adds significant experience to the firm having fostered best-in-class governance for FTSE 250 firms in both executive and non-executive capacities. Jeremy French, Chief Operating Officer of FRP, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Claire to the board and management of FRP.
“Claire brings significant knowledge of organisational leadership and employee engagement in founder led businesses to our team, and this will be a great asset in helping to drive our future growth strategy.”
In her new role, Claire will work with FRP’s network of 17 offices across the UK, which collectively employs more than 400 people.
Commenting on her appointment, she said: “As a newly-listed business, FRP has just passed a hugely exciting milestone in its 10-year history and is widely recognised as having a strong team in place ready to drive growth. I’m looking forward to helping shape the processes and people-led initiatives that will ultimately support its growth, develop the rigour required of a listed firm and enhance its already successful culture.”
