Specialist business advisory firm FRP has announced 31 promotions, as it continues to invest in its team across the UK.
The announcements include three promotions to director level. Huns Shah, David Blum and Max Morris, who are based in London, have all been named directors in the firm’s financial advisory practice.
The 28 other promotions span the firm’s restructuring advisory, corporate finance and forensic services pillars, as well as its central services functions.
Amy Murphy (Manchester) and Matthew Nolan (London) have been named associate directors in the firm’s corporate finance practice, with Andrew Aldridge (Manchester), James Sandilands (London) and Kate Baldwin (London), being appointed associate directors in the firm’s financial advisory team. Elizabeth Rae (Manchester) and Ian Taylor (London) have also been named senior managers in the firm’s restructuring advisory team.
In total, colleagues have been promoted across FRP’s offices in Brentwood, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Sheffield and St Albans, as the firm continues to strengthen its regional teams and develop talent across its network.
Jeremy French, chief operating officer at FRP, said: “These promotions are a recognition of the dedication, talent and professionalism of our colleagues across the firm. Their commitment to delivering outstanding service for our clients underpins everything we do, and it’s always rewarding to see people progress and build their careers with us.
“As our business continues to grow, we remain focused on investing in our people – providing the right opportunities, support and environment for everyone to thrive and contribute to FRP’s continued success.”
The promotions come amid a period of continued growth for FRP, as it deepens its expertise across key service areas and builds on the momentum of a busy year for the business.
In May 2025, FRP acquired One Advisory, a London-based firm providing financial reporting, transaction advisory and governance services to more than 100 clients across the UK and internationally. The acquisition expanded FRP’s national financial advisory pillar, broadening its transactional services offering and adding new governance advisory capabilities.
The firm has also continued to invest in its people, infrastructure and service offering to support clients across the UK and beyond.
