Lincoln Coutts joins as Director

We’ve strengthened FRP Transition, our specialist interim management service, with the appointment of Lincoln Coutts as Director.

Lincoln brings more than 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering executive career transition programmes for an international client base spanning fast-growing start-ups to FTSE 100, 250, AIM and Fortune 500 businesses, in sectors as diverse as professional services, technology and FMCG.

He has a strong background in interim management, having spent several years partnering with the Interim Management Association.

He has also been a guest lecturer on the theme of technology and careers at leading business schools across Europe, including the University of Cambridge’s JBS, London Business School, Bayes Business School, the University of Oxford’s SBS and LSE.

Lincoln will play a key role in further strengthening our capabilities as we continue to expand our services to meet our clients’ needs.

At FRP, Lincoln will work alongside Director Susan Moor to continue to broaden the range of services that we offer through Transition – a standalone service that sources senior interim managers to support organisations going through periods of change.

FRP Transition maintained its top 40 ranking in the Institute of Interim Management (IIM)’s latest annual interim management survey in recognition of its expertise and quality of service. The IIM survey, now in its 16th year, is based on the views of interim managers and executives and is recognised as the most comprehensive and prestigious insight into the interim management market.

Lincoln’s appointment closely follows our acquisition of One Advisory Group, which added new governance capabilities to our service lines. The acquisition, our 14th since our IPO in March 2020, was part of our ongoing strategy of increasing market share, broadening our service offering and expanding our geographical footprint through both organic and acquisitive growth.
