FRP Transition ranked in UK’s top 40 interim management providers

FRP team secures silver status in recent ranking

We’re proud to share that FRP Transition, our specialist interim management service, has once again been recognised among the UK’s top 40 providers in the Institute of Interim Management (IIM)’s annual market survey.

Led by Director Susan Moor, FRP Transition ranked 32nd in this year’s report, and earnt Silver Service Provider status based on independent feedback from interim managers and executives. Now in its 16th year, the IIM survey remains the most comprehensive and respected insight into the UK’s interim management sector.

FRP Transition works with businesses navigating operational or financial change, matching senior-level interim managers to help deliver transformation and minimise disruption. The service continues to play a vital role across FRP’s National client base, particularly during moments of complexity.

Commenting on the recognition, Susan said: “Maintaining our ranking, based on votes from the interim community reflects the real impact our service has across organisations. The team recently welcomed Lincoln Coutts as a Director, bringing over 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering executive career transition programmes. Lincoln’s appointment will further strengthen FRP Transition’s reach, building on his background in interim management and his deep expertise across sectors ranging from technology to professional services.

Lincoln joins shortly after FRP’s acquisition of One Advisory Group, which added enhanced governance capabilities to our service lines. Together, these developments mark an exciting step in our ongoing strategy to broaden FRP’s offering, grow market share and support clients across the full corporate lifecycle.
