Nine jobs have been saved at Middlesbrough-based Cleveland LGV Training Limited (“the Company”) after its training business was bought out of administration.

Martyn Pullin and David Willis in our Teesside office were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 14 February 2018. They secured the sale of the training side of the Company’s business and its assets to Tees Valley Driver Training Limited later the same day.

Tees Valley Driver Training Limited will trade from the Skippers Lane Industrial Estate, with the transfer of all nine staff from Cleveland LGV Training Limited (in administration).

Commenting on the transaction, Martyn said: “By selling the training business as a going concern we’ve been able to save jobs and minimise disruption to customers.”
