Meet Andrew

Andrew joined FRP in 2022 and is a Director in the Forensic Services team, based in our London office. He has been working in forensic services since 2016, with a particular focus on disputes and international arbitration, and has a wide variety of sector experience including property, retail, aviation, construction, transport and logistics, and energy.

Andrew’s recent cases have included producing an expert report in an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration on behalf of a group of investors against a Middle Eastern government for a multi-billion dollar claim, and providing an expert report in an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration case, on behalf of a French food and beverage manufacturer, responding to a claim against it in a shareholder dispute.

He also completed a series of reports in an ICC arbitration on behalf of an aerospace and defence manufacturer, responding to a claim against it from a contractor for outstanding pay and damages.
