Meet Anna

Anna joined FRP in 2010, and is a Manager in our insolvency investigations team based in our Brentwood office.

Anna has a wide range of experience working in contentious insolvency, and in accordance with insolvency law and the Company Director Disqualification Act 1986.

She has worked across a wide variety of sectors including property development and management, media, and construction, and also has vast experience of challenging sham transactions in both corporate and personal insolvency cases.

She has extensive experience in interrogating electronic records via several different review platforms, including Relativity, our in-house document review platform.

Recent assignments have included successfully investigating and challenging a sham transaction in a bankruptcy with full recovery of creditors’ claims, and successfully challenging the post-petition transfers of several properties which were returned to the company’s name via the Land Registry tribunal.
