A little about Claire
Claire joined FRP in 2010 – initially in the investigations team – and is now a Director in the personal insolvency team in the Restructuring Advisory department, based at our Brentwood office.
Claire advises individuals seeking to manage their debt, and specialises in contentious matters surrounding property and landlord and tenant issues within bankruptcy proceedings, leading negotiations of settlements wherever possible.
She has experience in analysing financial documentation to identify conduct issues in both personal and corporate insolvencies. She also manages the interests of various stakeholders of insolvency appointments, and regularly liaises with solicitors, accountants, banks and credit lending institutions within the industry.
