Meet John

John joined FRP in 2024 as a Learning and Development Director and is based in our Birmingham office.

He has 38 years’ experience in Banking and Asset Based Lending working for a number of banks and Independent providers. John Is also a qualified Business Psychologist and latterly ran his own business.

John’s main focus is providing Learning and Development services, primarily into the ABL sector. John is accredited to administer personality testing for individuals and teams using the Lumina Learning model. A great tool which can be used to augment individual development as well as improving and evolving team interactions.
