Meet Martin

Martin joined FRP in 2010, and is a Director in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in Brentwood. He has worked with SME company directors and their advisers since the late 1980s, becoming an appointment taker in 2007.

He has worked in a variety of industries including construction, heating and engineering, property, and the retail sector, acting as administrator, liquidator and supervisor, as well as a trustee in bankruptcy cases. He not only works in the restructuring side of the business, but also advises shareholders of solvent companies using a members’ voluntary liquidation process.

Martin’s extensive previous assignments have included being appointed under an insolvency administration order for an individual subject to a court of protection order, and realising significant assets; and assisting an architects practice struggling with HMRC debt to return to profitability with no loss of jobs or interruption to ongoing work.
