Meet Martin

Martin joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, following the acquisition of GWC, which he joined in 2020.

Having worked in restructuring since 2011, he is a qualified accountant and part qualified Insolvency Practitioner, with experience across a wide range of cases, including complex insolvency and receivership matters, with many involving cross border jurisdictions, varying asset classes and contentious aspects.

Based in the Isle of Man, Martin has vast sector experience across aviation, business services, property and financial services, with his corporate experience supplemented by extensive personal insolvency knowledge.

Recent assignments include a receivership appointment to facilitate a major debt restructure for the holder of secured bonds owed more than $100 million, and the recent liquidation of an Isle of Man company owning a private aircraft which had been grounded overseas for a considerable period and subject to sanction issues.
