Meet Nick

Nick joined FRP’s Brighton office in 2010 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team.

He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and corporate advisory work including corporate finance valuations, sales and acquisitions, and alternative exit strategy work. He has recently led transactions in manufacturing, waste and the food supply chain.

Nick’s knowledge and experience spans a range of sectors, including retail, construction, healthcare, telecommunications and leisure & hospitality.

He was part of the Corporate Finance team who were highly commended in the 2024 South East Insider Deal Awards.
