Meet Paul

Paul has been part of the team at FRP since 2010. He previously worked in private practice as a solicitor specialising in corporate and personal restructuring and insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious.

Until 2019 Paul headed up the creditor services team at FRP, specialising in developing outsourced solutions for debt buyers, debt collection agencies, lenders and local authorities. That work included identifying insolvent debtors and providing an extensive insolvency claims management service.

Paul has now taken on a new role within the firm, providing internal legal support across all departments; he is also consultant and Company Secretary to FRP Corporate Finance Limited.
