The deal

FRP Corporate Finance advises on sale of data and digital media agency Hybrid Theory to Azerion Group

We’re pleased to have supported Hybrid Theory in its preparation for acquisition by the digital entertainment and media platform, Azerion.

Hybrid Theory is a leading data and digital media specialist, partner to brands and agencies globally. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in London, it has hubs in New York and Singapore, with satellite offices in six other markets.

The multidisciplinary FRP team was led by Partners Mark Farlow and Ian Corfield, and supported by Bilal HasanSimon Baggs, and Charlie Hallaran. 

The deal will allow the business to capitalise on the significant work that has gone into product development, providing the ongoing working capital to achieve its long-term goals and allowing it to benefit from synergies with the wider Azerion business.

The acquisition will strengthen Azerion’s capabilities to power smarter advertising for its customers and open up a new footprint for it in the US, and broader APAC market.
