David Chubb joins as Non-Executive Director and member of the Management Board

We have appointed former PwC Partner David Chubb as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the firm’s Management Board, with immediate effect.

With nearly 40 years’ relevant experience, David started his career in banking before joining PwC’s business recovery team in 1998 and becoming a restructuring Partner and insolvency specialist.

Working predominantly with mid-market businesses, David has led numerous corporate sales and insolvency assignments across a wide range of industry sectors, but with a particular focus on leisure and real estate.

David’s appointment coincides with a period of significant investment on a national scale in our people and services. Last month, we announced the appointment of a new Partner, alongside 10 Director-level and seven Senior Manager-level promotions, bringing the total Partner count to 52.

In his new role, he will work with the firm’s network of 19 offices across England and Scotland, which collectively employs more than 340 people.

Commenting on his appointment, David said: “I’m thrilled to be joining FRP at such an exciting time in its growth journey. The business has evolved considerably in recent years and I consider it the most dynamic and successful restructuring firm operating in the mid-market. I’m looking forward to working closely with my new colleagues as the business continues to develop its advisory services.”

Welcoming David to FRP, Managing Partner Jeremy French said: “David has a very impressive track record in the mid-market and his appointment brings nearly 40 years of considerable experience to the firm. His strategic counsel and guidance will be hugely valuable as we continue to support businesses across the UK.”
