The firm takes 4,000 sq ft at Abbey House on Booth Street
We have re-located our Manchester office after taking 4,000 sq ft at Abbey House on Booth Street.
The move follows a significant period of growth for us in Manchester, which has increased headcount across our Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and Restructuring Advisory divisions over the last 12 months.
In June Manager Dean Curtis joined the Corporate Finance team, alongside Managers Tim Smith and Alex Starling in the Restructuring Advisory practice.
Our 30-strong team will relocate on Friday 19th October and the move marks a 50 per cent increase in floorspace to facilitate further growth.
Ben Woolrych, Partner at our Manchester office, said: “Over the last 12 months we’ve made a significant investment in our business by recruiting some of the best talent in the market to further strengthen the support that we can offer to clients across the region.
“Our team in Manchester now offers the full suite of advisory services – and we’re still growing – so it’s vital that we have a high-quality space that will accommodate this future growth.”
Abbey House is located on the corner of Booth Street and Mosley Street, opposite Manchester Art Gallery, and has recently undergone a full refurbishment. The Grade A office space includes new floor to ceiling height glazing, a newly refurbished reception area and meeting rooms, in addition to cycle storage and shower facilities in the basement.
National commercial property advisers Matthews & Goodman advised us on the deal. The landlord was advised by Avison Young.
