A little about Adrian
Adrian joined FRP in 2016 and is a Consultant in the Corporate Finance team based in our Manchester office.
Adrian has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and has advised on a variety of transactions ranging from early stage equity fundraising through to management buy-outs and buy-ins, disposal mandates and acquisition support roles.
He has also held senior roles in industry, including as the Finance Director of an AIM-listed plc, and has sector specialisms in manufacturing, life sciences and software.
