A little about Darren

Darren joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, and is based in the Reading office.

He has been working within corporate finance since 1992, and has experience across a wide range of transaction types, sizes and sectors. Specialising in M&A advisory, Darren’s deal experience includes international and UK business sales and a wide range of private equity transactions.

Prior to working at FRP, Darren spent over 20 years at a top tier accountancy firm, in addition to other well-known business advisory firms, leading teams across the Solent and Thames Valley regions.
