FRP Corporate Finance named finalists at the North East Accountancy Awards
We’re pleased to announce that FRP Corporate Finance has been named a finalist in three categories at the 2024 North East Accountancy Awards – a testament to the strength of our team and the continued impact of our work across the region.
Partner, Phil Williams has been shortlisted for Partner of the Year. With over two decades of experience, Phil is recognised as a leading figure in the North East corporate finance market, having advised on a significant number of high-profile regional and national transactions.
Manager Niall Choat is a finalist in the Rising Star Accountant of the Year category. Niall’s nomination reflects his impressive progression and growing contribution to deal-making activity, supporting clients across a range of sectors and transaction types.
Our Newcastle team has also been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Deal of the Year, following the successful completion of the Houghton International transaction. The team, led by Partner Phil Williams and Associate Director Lucy Elliott, acted as lead adviser to the shareholders throughout the deal.
Recognised as the largest celebration of accountancy and finance in the region, the North East Accountancy Awards brings together firms and professionals from across the sector to highlight excellence across 14 categories.
