14 colleagues promoted across FRP Corporate Finance
Corporate Finance promotions round-up
We’re pleased to have added two new colleagues to our Partnership as we continue to invest in our people and services.
Daniel Brecker, in our Manchester office, and Thomas Edwards, in our Cardiff team, have both been promoted to Partner.
They join 12 others from across our Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams who are celebrating recent promotions. Nick Gallagher (London) has been promoted to Associate Director, and Beth Warner (Brighton), Jonathan Gonszor (London), Byron Chadwick (London) and Patrick Starrett (Reading) have all been promoted to Senior Manager. Liam Merritt (London), George Barron (Manchester) and Bushra Bariwala (Manchester) have been promoted to Manager, and Oyin Quadri (Brighton), Jade Burgess (Cardiff) and Adrien Vendran have been promoted to Assistant Manager. Will Joyce (London) has also been promoted to Executive.
The promotions come as we continue to enhance our coverage and deepen our expertise. In the last year, we expanded into Wales with the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance and significantly enhanced our capabilities in the North East with the acquisition of Newcastle-based WilliamsAli Corporate Finance.
In 2024, our team advised on 101 deals, with a total aggregate deal value of £1.8bn. Following another year of significant progress we were recently announced as the winner of Corporate Finance House of the Year-UK at the 2025 Real Deals Private Equity Awards.
The recent promotions across Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory form part of more than 100 promotions across the broader FRP business.
