Our IPO services include, IFRS conversion and historical financial information (HFI) preparation, financial position and prospects procedures (FPPP) preparation, working capital model preparation and preparation of pro-forma income statement of net assets statement.
IFRS reporting and technical support
We provide a range of financial reporting services to groups and companies wishing to adhere to the principles of IFRS or FRS 102. In particular, we are regularly introduced to corporates by their external auditors to support finance teams deliver on specific technical reporting requirements and deadlines.
Our services include the preparation of group and company annual reports, fully compliant with IFRS or FRS 102 and the preparation of group and company interim reports, compliant with IAS 34, FRS 102 or the relevant listing rules being applied.
We also prepare technical memos on areas of complexity within the company’s financial statements, fit for distribution to the company’s external auditor, alongside ongoing technical support liaising directly with the auditor to ensure sign-off on the area in question.
