A little about Chris
Chris joined FRP in 2020 as a Partner in our Corporate Finance team, following the acquisition by FRP of the JDC Group (comprising JDC Corporate Finance and Walton Dodge Forensic).
Based in our Norwich office, he works with owners, lenders, private equity investors and other key stakeholders to protect, grow and realise value in their business interests.
Although based in East Anglia, Chris has worked on deals across the UK and beyond, with particular experience in the construction, manufacturing, automotive and agribusiness sectors. With a wealth of engagements in M&A roles, his areas of expertise include advising private equity owners to maximise value in portfolio companies, raising capital, disposals, acquisitions, and implementing shareholder succession plans.
