A little about Clare

Clare joined FRP in 2026 and is an Associate Director in our Corporate Finance team, based in the Bristol office.

She has advised on transactions across a broad range of enterprise values, from sub‑£10 million through to £100 million+, working with UK trade buyers, private equity investors and international investors.

As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Clare supports mid‑market businesses across multiple sectors and has significant experience in the software and technology space, where she has delivered a number of successful mandates.
