A little about Donna
Donna joined the FRP team from the education sector, and is a Consultant specialising in college mergers. She is an experienced senior post holder with extensive knowledge of further and higher education, as well as the Government agenda for the sector and future challenges.
Donna is a former trained Ofsted Inspector, and was the Interim Principal of a merging college, where her role included developing a range of merger options for consideration by key stakeholders. She has been involved in the project management of several successful mergers, including reviews of business planning (curriculum) on behalf of Lloyds Bank Restructuring Unit. She was also the Curriculum Adviser to the Further Education Commissioner on the Kent area-based review.
