A little about Emma
Emma has worked at FRP since 2010 and is based in our Leicester office. She is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with practical experience in both accounts preparation and audit work.
Having made the move into Restructuring Advisory, Emma now manages the personal insolvency team dealing with the majority of Leicester’s bankruptcy cases, as well as an extensive portfolio of compulsory liquidations and members’ voluntary liquidations across a variety of sectors, including retail, property and construction.
These cases have included dealing with and realising foreign assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate, as well as liaising with overseas shareholders in order to release available funds in a tax efficient manner within a solvent liquidation situation.
