A little about Hettie
Hettie joined FRP in 2026 and is a Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.
She qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in 2024, following three years in audit, where she specialised in both listed and privately owned companies within the professional services sector. After qualifying, Hettie moved into Special Situations M&A, gaining experience across a range of sell-side transactions, debt raises and strategic exit processes.
Hettie has advised a broad spectrum of clients, including corporates, private equity investors and lenders, across a variety of sectors. Her experience spans consumer and retail, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, industrials and manufacturing, technology and education, giving her a well-rounded perspective on complex corporate finance and transaction advisory assignments.
