A little about Peter
Peter joined FRP in 2026 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.
He has more than 20 years’ experience advising privately owned businesses, C-suites, shareholders and private equity clients on mid-market acquisitions, sale processes and exits. He specialises in technology and technology-enabled B2B services, advising businesses across a range of subsectors including IT services, technology consulting, digital transformation and AI sectors.
Peter will work alongside Partner, James Mines, to further strengthen our established technology practice.
