FRP Corporate Finance strengthens its Tech & Tech Services M&A team with director appointment         

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Walters as Director, strengthening our Tech & Tech Services M&A team.

Dan brings more than 15 years’ experience in M&A advisory with a focus on technology, advising privately owned businesses, C-suites, shareholders and private equity clients on mid-market acquisitions, investments and exits. Prior to joining FRP Corporate Finance, he held senior roles specialising in the technology sector at one of the Big Four firms and a leading global accounting firm.

He specialises in technology and technology-enabled B2B services, advising businesses across a range of subsectors including IT, cyber security, IT infrastructure, communications, technology consulting and Data/AI.

Based in London, Dan will work alongside Partners James Mines and Peter Aspinall, to further strengthen our established technology practice. His arrival at FRP Corporate Finance builds on the success of the M&A team which is showing strong growth having completed 22 Tech & Tech Services deals over the past two years.
