FRP Corporate Finance announces latest round of promotions

New Partner announced in Liverpool

We’re pleased to have announced a round of six promotions across our corporate finance and debt advisory team, including the appointment of Chris Ryan as Partner.

Chris joined FRP Corporate Finance in 2025 to establish our presence in Liverpool, bringing more than 20 years’ experience advising businesses across the North West. He supports clients through company sales, management buyouts, acquisitions and private equity transactions, with specialist knowledge of the fire protection and facilities management, energy and technology sectors.

Cardiff-based Alex Griffiths has also been promoted to Associate Director. Alex recently supported one of the UK’s leading vehicle accident repair providers, The Vella Group, on its management buyout backed by Ama Capital and its subsequent acquisition programme.

In addition, Tom White (Bristol) and Will Joyce (London) have both been promoted to Assistant Manager in the corporate finance team, in recognition of the instrumental role they have played in supporting colleagues on deals. In the debt advisory team, Wenjie Jiang (London) has been promoted to Senior Manager, having provided exceptional support to clients on several of the debt teams most recent transactions. In addition, Justin Campbell (London) has been promoted to Bid Manager and will oversee the central bid support team.

The promotions form part of a wider round of 48 across FRP’s national network, spanning 16 locations and all six of our service lines.
