FRP Corporate Finance strengthens technology M&A team with partner appointment

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Aspinall as Partner, to help further strengthen our technology M&A team.

Peter brings more than 20 years’ experience advising privately owned businesses, C-suites, shareholders and private equity clients on mid-market acquisitions, sale processes and exits. He joins from the corporate finance practice of a Big Four firm, where, as a Managing Director he headed its Business & Technology Services M&A team in the South.

He specialises in technology and technology-enabled B2B services, advising businesses across a range of subsectors including IT services, technology consulting, digital transformation and AI sectors. His transaction experience includes supporting BJSS, the UK-based technology and engineering consultancy, on its landmark sale to CGI in 2025.

Based in London, Peter will work alongside Partner, James Mines, to further strengthen our established technology practice. His arrival at FRP Corporate Finance builds on the success of the M&A team which is showing strong growth having completed 22 Technology deals over the past two years.
