A little about Jeff

Jeff joined FRP in 2022 as a Senior Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Teesside office. He has extensive experience in assisting a wide range of businesses with corporate recovery, having worked in the sector since 1991.

Jeff specialises in advising on corporate insolvencies – specifically administrations – including pre-packs, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and members’ voluntary liquidations.

He recently assisted in the administration of a golf club impacted by the onset of High Speed Two (HS2) where he negotiated a substantial payment on account of compensation to enable creditors to be paid in full and allowing the company to be returned to its directors.
