Meet Karen, one of the Consultants in our Forensic Services team.

A little about Karen

Karen joined FRP in 2016, and is a Consultant in the Forensic Services team, based in our London office.

She has a background in both external and internal audit, and has specialised in forensic accountancy since 2012; her disputes experience includes supporting both party-appointed and single joint experts on sale and purchase agreement disputes, lost profits calculations, valuations, professional negligence claims, consequential losses, unfair prejudice claims and breach of contract claims.

Karen has experience of investigating allegations of accounting manipulation, such as revenue recognition, pre-payments, accruals and inventory; fraudulent invoicing; bribery; corruption; and money laundering. Since joining FRP, she has also been involved in several investigations into potential director misconduct.

Karen’s work covers a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, technology and automotive. She is also a fluent French speaker and is often called upon to apply her language skills in both investigations and disputes work.
