Meet Karen, one of the Assistant Managers in our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Karen

Karen joined FRP in 2014 and is an Assistant Manager in our Restructuring Advisory team based in the Birmingham office.

Her experience includes working on accelerated mergers and acquisitions, in addition to formal insolvency processes such as administrations, members’ voluntary liquidations and creditors’ voluntary liquidations.

Karen has recently been involved in the administration trading of a company that printed circuit boards, successfully selling the business as a going concern; wind down of a retailer of caravans and motorhomes including a sale of the premises; and successful litigation against third parties of an estate agents.
