A little about Raj
Raj joined FRP in 2015 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Birmingham office.
He has been working in restructuring since 2001 and has significant experience of advising businesses and their stakeholders during periods of change or stress. He has built a wide network of lenders and investors, including the UK clearing banks, asset-based lenders and specialist private equity.
Raj has developed a particular specialism in delivering accelerated solutions, including accelerated refinancing, fundraising, disposal, divesture and solvent restructuring. He has experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing, leisure, and healthcare.
He has a strong track record of delivering positive outcomes and has built a reputation for enhancing value for all stakeholders, even in more challenging situations.
