Meet Madhavi, one of the Senior Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Madhavi

Madhavi joined FRP in 2021 and is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Reading office and is a Chartered Accountant.

She is experienced in providing merger and acquisition (M&A) and strategic advisory and valuations services to businesses looking to sell to both trade and private equity buyers, having previously worked in transaction services.

Madhavi has a variety of sector experience with a strong focus on technology. Her recent experience includes working on the management buyout of an IT recruitment business, the acquisition of a leading SaaS platform and the business sale of a software and data firm to the UK’s largest automotive marketplace.
