A little about Marica

Marica joined FRP in 2018 and is an Assistant Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Brighton office. 

She works with a range of local and SME businesses in various sectors, including retail and hospitality, construction, events and property along with assisting on larger scale restructuring projects in FRP.

Marica specialises in helping shareholders realise the capital value in their companies, assisting lenders enforce their security and helping stakeholders find practical turnaround and restructuring solutions for their businesses. Her experience also includes the day-to-day trading of a business, handling operations, dealing with suppliers and customers and critical financial management.

Marica recently assisted the team with handling the operations and procurement on the administration of The Body Shop. She also worked on an administration of a national logistics and haulage firm, managing the operations and repatriation of goods to third party suppliers.  Marica worked closely on the sale of a leading UK Marathon event to secure its future for the employees and local community.
