A little about Phil
Phil joined FRP in 2017 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Brighton office.
He has been working in restructuring and advisory since 2003, advising business at all stages of the corporate life cycle, and has a wide variety of sector experience including retail, digital media, leisure and professional services.
Phil’s previous assignments have included leading the team managing the accelerated merger and acquisition, and subsequent administration, of a £28 million-turnover food manufacturing business, and securing the sale of the live client files and assets of a well-known local law firm to alternative solicitors.
