A little about Laura
Laura joined FRP in 2010, working in the Restructuring Advisory department as a Senior Manager for our national closing team based in the Brighton office, which handles the conclusion of all types of insolvency assignment.
She has a wide range of experience of working with individuals, business owners and financial stakeholders, dealing with and advising on all types of insolvency assignment in a variety of industries. This experience includes handling complex inter-company issues for a group of companies to ensure correct allocation of assets and liabilities, and negotiating with debtors and creditors on contentious issues, working with them to bring matters to a satisfactory conclusion.
