A little about Matthew

Matt joined FRP in 2024 as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our London office.

He has been working in M&A since 2021 providing corporate finance advisory services to both early stage and mature businesses, and has a wide variety of experience across the technology and telecommunications spaces, including in FinTech, eCommerce and SaaS.

Matt recently assisted with the sales of a digital publishing business and a software company, to private equity firms. He also recently sold a variety of FinTech and SaaS direct venture secondaries out of a wider portfolio.
