A little about Neil
Neil joined FRP in 2010; he heads up our finance department, and is based in our Brentwood office.
Neil has more than 20 years’ experience working in finance teams for multiple organisations. His primary focus is overseeing all aspects of the finance department as well as effective leadership of the finance team, providing strategic foresight into the business and knowledgeable and accurate information to senior management and external stakeholders.
Neil has been responsible for setting up and controlling all of FRP’s financial systems and controls, and creating multiple financial models that allow for forecasting and ‘what if’ scenarios, and their impact on profitability and cash flow.
He is also responsible for the creation and production of financial reporting packs and all other financial information, to advise management and support decision-making.
