A little about Neil
Neil joined FRP as a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Leeds office but will be working closely with our offices on a national basis to spearhead our Corporate Simplification offering.
He is a qualified accountant and has been working on Corporate Simplification, Legal Entity Reduction and Solvent Wind Down assignments since 2002. Neil’s experience is across all sectors where clients require assistance reviewing and reshaping their entity group structure or where a solvent closure of operations is required.
He was previously seconded to HSBC Bank for an initial 12 – month period to assist on their global legal entity reduction project. As part of a sponsorship of the London Olympic Games, Neil was also seconded to the LOCOG finance team responsible for the design and delivery of detailed wind down plans for implementation following the London Olympic Games.
Recent assignments include Neil’s engagement to assist the Trust Special Administrator and incumbent advisors to expedite the managed closure of South London Healthcare Trust and a Global simplification project for a NYSE listed technology group following acquisitions that more than doubled their legal entity structure.
