A little about Paul
Paul joined FRP Advisory in 2025 as part of the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in our London office.
Paul has been working in professional services since 2024, providing corporate governance and company secretarial support to AIM listed, private and not-for profit clients across a number of sectors including natural resources, technology, and recruitment.
Paul supports a number of retained AIM listed and private clients with their corporate governance and statutory compliance needs. Whilst at One Advisory he has had specific experience supporting capital raises and reorganisations as well as post-acquisition statutory filings.
